1. General questions

What is your return policy?

We want you to love our products as much as we love making them. 


Please let us know within 10 days of receiving your items if you are not satisfied with something you've purchased & we will gladly make it right. We cannot accept returns after 10 days & a processing fee may apply.


Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package if there is any damage due to shipping. DO NOT throw anything away. We will need you to provide pictures of the shipping box as well as the damaged item.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request! We have our own retail location at 106 S Broad St Monroe, GA 30655. How clean are your products?

All of our products are Paraben Free, Phthalate Free, & Gluten Free. All of our products are made with 90-100% naturally derived ingredients. Our Sugar Scrubs and Body Spreads are 90-93% Naturally Derived because they contain a preservative so that they don't get all gross immediately. All of our other products are made with 98-100% Naturally Derived ingredients. If a product is 98% Naturally derived, it contains a fragrance. We source our fragrances to be as naturally derived as possible but they are synthetic. They contain no phthalates! 

Are your products Cruelty Free?

We never test on animals, only dirty humans ;)

How long are your products good for?

Typically, we suggest using our products within 12 months of opening.

3. Shipping Questions

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost depends on your location, the shipping method you choose, & the weight of your package. 

My package was marked delivered but it isn't here...

We get that all of the time... We recommend checking with your neighbors first. If they haven't seen it, give it a couple of days. Sometimes the post office marks it delivered & then actually drops it off in the next few days! If it's been a few days & you still haven't seen it, please email us at wholesale@rinsesoap.com.

My tracking isn't updating or my package is missing!

We want to make sure we get your rinse goodies to you! If your expected delivery date has passed & your package isn't there, we recommend giving it a couple more days. Sometimes it magically appears! If you haven't received it after a few days, please email us at wholesale@rinsesoap.com.
